Joe and Jamie our well loved neighbors were childless for more than 5 years and when Jamie found out about her pregnancy, believe me, the whole neighborhood celebrated with them! Since then, my mom (who is a midwife) and the other elders keep watch on how her pregnancy progresses like reminding her about her monthly pre-natal check up, tips on pregnancy, parenting and sometimes they would excitedly suggest baby’s names.
When the ‘stork” finally brought a bouncing baby boy to the couple, Joe proudly sent out inspiring and beautifully crafted birth announcements to all. Such invitation aroused our curiosity and made us very much excited to share their joy as new parents.
The baby would be Christened Joshua James next month. So it will be party time again!
