I noticed that I was already low on Whey Protein which is why I decided to visit my favorite store at Cash and Carry Manila to buy more.

I really love visiting the store because they always have discounts for their products. Last time they had Whey Proteins for sale (The one I had right now was on sale, I didn’t hesitate to buy one. Lol.) But yesterday they had a combo sale of Whey and Casein protein at a very attractive price! I went home afterwards with three sets in hand. Hahaha.

The other nice thing about this store is that from time to time, they have those hard to find ones so its definitely a good idea to ask if there is anything new on sale. Sadly, they still didn’t have phenphedrine. My mom has been scouring the earth for that one but to no avail. I guess it can only bought through the internet.
