I have learned that when losing weight, you should never ever rely on what your weighing scale tells you. Whatever number is displays should always be met with stern doubtfulness.
I bet you’ve already experienced getting different weight readings every time you use your scale. Sometime the readings is up, other times it’s down. Why is this happening even though you’ve done everything on your fat burner book?

You see, there are more to your weight than just fat. There’s also your body’s water weight, muscles and so on. Sometimes when you work out, although you are sure you are losing fat, there are also times when you are gaining muscle or even storing more water.
This is the reason why the scale is never a good way to measure your progress. The best indicator is to get in front of your mirror and assess the changes. Or better yet, look for a shirt that doesn’t fit before that does now.
The name's Pol and I'm a guy who really loves to talk and rant. In this blog, I mostly talk about technology, gadgets and the internet, but there are times when I also dabble in other stuff like art, movies, comics, and video games.
