Anyways, ever since I started my weight loss training program, I have also been very engaged into calorie counting. Although is a taxing activity that involves reading labels and weighing food, it does has benefits. And the results of it are showing.
Lately, I’ve been noticing that I have been lacking in calcium with my current diet. Although it does not have a huge effect on my current goals, I am however sure that it will affect my body in the future.

Which is why I have now included a lot of calcium in my meals. As well as consumption of calcium supplements. It’s always good to think ahead. Your body will thank you for it.
