If you don’t know what the “Ber” months are, this are the months that end with “Ber”. Like September, October, November and December. In our country, the beginning of the ber months is the start of the countdown for Christmas. Yep, even if it is still months away, people are already preparing.
You’ll see people setting up their Christmas trees, putting up their decorations, and starting on buying gifts. It’s a practice that, albeit odd, is a practical one since Christmas items are generally cheaper during the earlier months. This also saves us the hassle of going with the Christmas Rush, which of course is a nightmare if you’ve been into one.
Like every other year, I have been drafted as a part of the blitzkrieg company with my Mom as our command. Our objective: to strike and buy everything that is needed while they are still cheap. This includes toys, Christmas decorations, sweaters and other usual gift items.
